01 · Blood pressure & pulse
Systolic, diastolic, the pulse if the cuff gave one, and whether it was morning or after the pills. Big fields, one screen, saved with one tap. The app says the numbers back so you know it heard you right.
02 · Pills
Every medicine with its dose and its hours. A reminder when one is due, a note when the box runs low, and an honest record of what was taken and what was missed. No streaks, no badges.
03 · Lab results & scans
Photograph the results sheet. Each line comes back in words a person can read: glucose normal, vitamin D a little low, talk to your doctor. The original stays attached for the doctor who wants the numbers.
04 · The week
Once a week, a few plain sentences about where the numbers went, with a button that reads them out. Also a line a day about how it felt, spoken rather than typed. The app writes it down.
The family
She logs in Istanbul, in Turkish. You read it in Berlin, in German, the moment it lands. There is no morning call to remember and no evening call to dread, because the number is already on your phone.
She decides who sees what. Her daughter gets everything and an alert if a reading is out of range. Her son gets the vitals and nothing else. It is set from her phone, per person, and it can be taken back the same way.
Once a month, one tap makes the PDF the doctor asks for, in whichever language the doctor reads.

It talks
It was drawn for the phone that lives on the kitchen table. Nothing on screen is under 18 point. Every record has a button that reads it out, in the language the app is set to. Every note has a microphone, so a sentence about the day is said, not typed.
It works before you make an account. Log for a month with no sign-in and nothing leaves the phone. Sign in later, and the month comes with you.
We are building it now. Tell us who it is for and which language they read in, and you will get the first build before the store does.
